SHIPPING FACTS

We ship direct from our Northern California Candle Factory to all areas of the United States and its Territories.  SHIPPING CHARGES can be seen by placing your items in the "Add to Cart" button, then click the "estimate shipping" button on the bottom right. 

STANDARD USPS GROUND delivery is usually within 7 days from order date.

Delivery times include order processing, embellishing and personalizing your candle(s) and shipping.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Sorry, we only ship within the United States.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of personalized and special order candles, we cannot accept returns on these items.

We will gladly replace any personalized candle that is defective, misspelled by us, or damaged in shipment.
