Burn candles within sight, keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets. Always center and trim wick to 1/4 inch with each use. Burn no longer than 3 hours at a time.

Replacement Memorial Candle
Many years ago after our father passed we had a memorial candle made by Chandler's. It was time to replace it. I contacted Chandler's and they quickly followed up and were able to duplicate the original. Very thorough and helpful in making the order and I received it within a week.
